Hi! I’m Kevin Rogers, a registered dietitian based in the Bay Area California. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, I specialize in sports nutrition, weight loss, and exercise science. My journey into nutrition began with a deep appreciation for how food fuels performance and well-being, and I strive to share that knowledge with my clients.
I graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science and am a Registered Dietitian in California, and in Washington. My experience spans working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to competitive sports enthusiasts. My approach is rooted in science, focusing on personalized nutrition plans that enhance performance, optimize recovery, and promote sustainable weight loss.
I believe that nutrition should be enjoyable and accessible. Together, we’ll create a tailored strategy that fits your lifestyle, incorporating foods you love while helping you reach your goals. I provide nutrition coaching as a stand alone service but have also co-founded a company named Silicon Valley Nutrition and Performance which incorporates nutrition coaching and physical training for the most optimal results.
